Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed an executive order to hold the 35th edition of the International Arts Festival Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk from 16 to 19 July 2026, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
In line with the established practice of state support for the festival, certain benefits and preferences have been provided for the organizers and participants.
From 4 to 31 July, participants and guests of the festival from 71 countries will be able to enter Belarus without a visa.
Foreign citizens can use an original or electronic ticket to festival events at the Summer Amphitheatre or the Vitebsk concert hall as their visa‑free pass to cross the state border. One original or electronic ticket permits a single entry into Belarus for one foreign citizen, provided the entry takes place no later than the date of the event indicated on the ticket.
Additionally, the executive order updates the composition of the organizing committee for the 35th International Arts Festival Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk.
