Belarusian Railways carry 11,700 passengers during Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk

During the 35th International Festival of Arts Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk (held from 13 to 21 July), Belarusian Railways carried 11,700 passengers, BelTA learned from the press center of the Belarusian rail operator.

To facilitate the transport of participants and guests of the festival, additional train services were launched: No. 644/643 on the Minsk-Vitebsk-Minsk route and No. 209/210 on the Vitebsk-Moscow-Vitebsk route.

“In international service with the Russian Federation, Belarusian Railways around 6,000 passengers. Over 5,700 passengers were transported domestically,” the press center reported.

During the journey, passengers had the opportunity to learn about the history and program of Slavianski Bazaar and purchase souvenirs.
